Cabrit murex found on Captiva

Lori Fanning, of Sanibel, found a cabrit murex on Dec. 7 near Blind Pass on Captiva. She reported that she has never found one before. Fanning has lived on the island for 11 years. To report a shell find, contact 239-472-1587 or trepecki@breezenewspapers.com.
