Online author program with Asha Frost
The Captiva Memorial Library, which is part of the Lee County Library System, is offering the following free programming:
• An online author event with Asha Frost from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.
In a fast-paced world that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, true healing does not come from looking outward — it begins within. Join the online program for a transformative virtual conversation with Indigenous Medicine Woman Asha Frost as she explores her groundbreaking book, “You Are the Medicine: 13 Indigenous Teachings to Connect to Your Inner Wisdom, Reclaim Your Power, and Heal.”
Frost is a member of the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation. She is from the Crane Clan, the totem of leadership, and believes in holding space from vision and heart. As an energy healer, homeopath, and mentor, Frost has guided thousands of people through profound and lasting transformation.
