Trailways Camps receives grant
Trailways Camps was awarded a $25,000 grant from the Golisano Foundation. It reported that the funding will support expanding its outreach and enrollment efforts in Southwest Florida so more adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities can access overnight camp experiences, while providing respite and support for their caregivers. It added that the foundation is one of the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting programs for people with intellectual disabilities.
