Kingfisher announces monthly top producers
Kingfisher Real Estate announced its top agents for the months of April, May and June.
Mary Bondurant and John Bondurant were the top listing and top selling team for April. A 29-year island resident and Realtor, she is known for her professionalism, integrity and knowledge of Sanibel and Captiva’s market. Mary Bondurant holds a background in hospitality and leadership, including 10 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. In 2025, she was recognized among the 12 Outstanding Women of Southwest Florida and the “Inspired” top women in real estate. Hailing from Minnesota, he embraced Sanibel as his hometown at age 6. John Bondurant attended The Sanibel School, Bishop Verot High School and Florida Gulf Coast University. Raised in a real estate family, he has been a licensed Florida agent since 2009. John Bondurant is known for his collaborative nature, personality and customer service.
Valerie Tutor was the top listing agent for May. A native Floridian, she was raised on a ranch on the eastern edge of the Glades. Her family owned Gulf front property on Captiva since the 1940s and split their time between ranch and island life. Tutor moved to Sanibel full-time in 2009. She was awarded the 2021 Realtor Community Service Award by the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors.
Mike Billheimer was the top selling agent for May. A Sanibel native and third generation islander, his family’s roots date back to 1898. Billheimer earned a degree in hospitality and restaurant management from Florida International University and worked in restaurant and hotel management for the Marriott Corporation. He later owned the Lighthouse Cafe, before passing along ownership to his nephew.
Kiersten Royal Capo was the top listing agent for June. She is fifth generation Southwest Florida local and fourth generation Realtor specializing in luxury, waterfront and historic properties across Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers and the surrounding coastal markets. With over $50 million in career sales, Capo is known for blending local roots with a strategic, data-driven approach for success in every market.
Dave Suanders was the top selling agent for June. Visiting Captiva in the early 1980s, he purchased his first home in 1984, followed by a Gulf Beach Villa investment purchase at South Seas a few years later. Suanders previously held a career in commercial-industrial real estate in Michigan. His primary market knowledge is of the islands, both Sanibel and particularly his home island of Captiva.
