Drainage repairs begin on Periwinkle Way
The city of Sanibel reported that its contractor will do drainage repairs today, July 21, through July 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Periwinkle Way from Dixie Beach Blvd to Bailey Road in various areas on south side of the road, including the Shared Use Path, weather permitting.
Due to the nature of the work, one lane of Periwinkle may be intermittently closed to traffic for short periods of time. Be prepared to expect delays. Drivers and pedestrians are asked to proceed slowly and cautiously through the area when workers are present.
