San Cap Bank hosting toy, clothing drive

Now through June 30, all Sanibel Captiva Community Bank branches are serving as drop-off locations for new toys, clothing and household items to benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida.

Requested items include: clothing with tags for boys, girls and toddlers; sneakers in sizes 2-13; baby formula, cereal and food; essential household necessities, such as dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, washcloths and kitchen items; art supplies, including sketchbooks, journals and paints; and hair accessories, such as scrunchies, combs and brushes.

Donations can be dropped off at:

– Bridge Branch, at 9311 College Parkway, Fort Myers

– College Parkway Branch, at 7500 College Parkway, Fort Myers

– Downtown Branch, at 1533 Hendry St., Fort Myers

– Gateway Branch, at 11691 Gateway Blvd., Fort Myers

– Main Office, at 2406 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel

– McGregor Branch, at 15975 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers

– Periwinkle Office, at 1910 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel

– Temporary Fort Myers Beach Office (inside Access Title Agency), at 100 Lovers Lane, Fort Myers Beach

– Winkler Branch, at 7040 Winkler Road, Fort Myers

In addition to donating, the public may purchase items through the drive’s Amazon Wish List at https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/10DPFCWA30Z17/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex and have them shipped directly to support the organization’s ongoing needs.

The Children’s Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida provides critical services to children and families impacted by abuse and neglect, helping young victims heal in a safe, supportive environment.
