Love Sanibel Back continues
Love Sanibel Back will continue on July 6-12 with Week 6, themed “Christmas In July Week.” Residents and visitors are invited to shop local, spread joy and enjoy the magic of the holiday season during summer. Businesses taking part in Love Sanibel Back will offer Christmas-themed specials, holiday menu items and surprises. Participants are also encouraged to share photos of their Christmas experiences on social media using #LoveSanibelBack. In addition, a Christmas in July Sale will take place on July 7 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Noah’s Ark Thrift Shop, at 2304 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. The celebration will continue with a Nighttime Christmas Market on July 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Tahitian Gardens on Sanibel. Running from now through August, Love Sanibel Back’s 2026 theme is “Buy Local — Spread Joy — Give Back.” The community initiative includes about 75 participating businesses and partners. It it hosted by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, in partnership with the city of Sanibel and SanCap Chamber and with support from sponsors and businesses.
