Kingfisher announces monthly top producers
Kingfisher Real Estate announced its top agents for the month of March.
Valerie Tutor was the top listing agent. A native Floridian, she was raised on a ranch on the eastern edge of the Glades. Her family owned Gulf front property on Captiva since the 1940s and split their time between ranch and island life. Tutor moved to Sanibel full-time in 2009. She was awarded the 2021 Realtor Community Service Award by the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors.
Mary Bondurant was the top selling agent. A 28-year island resident and Realtor, she is known for her professionalism, integrity and knowledge of Sanibel and Captiva’s market. She holds a background in hospitality and leadership, including 10 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. In 2025, she was recognized among the 12 Outstanding Women of Southwest Florida and the “Inspired” top women in real estate.
