Scotch bonnet found on Sanibel

Donna Everhart, of Livionia, Michigan, found a scotch bonnet on April 11 at about 10 a.m. at Gulfside City Park Beach on Sanibel. She was vacationing on the island with her husband, William Everhart. “We have been shelling on Sanibel for over 30 years, but today the waves rolled the special shell right up to my feet,” Everhart said.
