Ribbon-cutting welcomes A. Vernon Allen Builder
Naples-based A. Vernon Allen Builder expanded to a new Sanibel office about a year ago, and the SanCap Chamber made it official on March 19 with a festive ribbon-cutting.
Known for its luxury home-building since 1951, the builder celebrates its 75th anniversary this year. Co-owners Ryan Benson and Andy Bringardner have been operating the firm for over a decade.
“Celebrating the firm’s 75 years of luxury homebuilding reflects our long-standing commitment to quality and craftsmanship,” Bringardner said. “We’re proud to continue building exceptional homes in some of the most exclusive neighborhoods.”
A. Vernon Allen Builder has constructed hundreds of custom homes in Southwest Florida over the past seven decades. As of the ribbon-cutting, it was working on three contracts on Sanibel, with four more to come on both Sanibel and Captiva.
“The community reception has been outstanding,” Benson said. “I am a resident of the island and am very proud to have expanded our operations to the islands.”
