Exhibits on display at BIG ARTS
BIG ARTS is hosting “Art as Therapy” from now through June 8 in the Dunham Family Gallery. A collaboration between Hope Healthcare’s Art Therapy Program and Lee Health’s Arts in Healthcare Program, the exhibit highlights the healing power of creative expression. It reveals personal journeys through grief, illness and recovery, offering insight into the strength that emerges through art. Also, the “Annual Artists Collective” is on display from now through May 31 in the Mezzanine Gallery. The exhibit highlights the work of the artist-instructors who lead BIG ARTS workshops and classes. Through a diverse mix of mediums, it reflects the creativity, skill and passion they share with students during the season.
