The Captiva Island Yacht Club (CIYC) recently held a Ladies Luncheon featuring women’s health expert Dr. Maria Sophocles. Centered around her new book, “The Bedroom Gap,” she explored well-being, longevity and the evolving health needs of women. The CIYC reported that Sophocles brought insight, warmth and a touch of humor to a conversation that resonates with women at every stage of life.
