Rotary supports TSA agents at RSW
The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club recently raised $1,400 through its “Happy Bucks” initiative to support Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agents serving at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). At each club meeting, members participate in Happy Bucks, where they share personal or community updates while making a small donation. The contributions support a variety of causes, and in this instance, they chose the TSA agents in recognition of their service and dedication. The funds will be converted into Publix gift cards for them, which is being coordinated by Rotarian Michael Young and Eric Jackson. The club reported that the initiative reflects its commitment to service above self and its appreciation for those who help to keep the region safe and connected.
