The “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society-Friends of the Refuge (DDWS) reported that the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge’s Wildlife on Wheels (WoW) mobile classroom team recently taught fifth graders at Harns Marsh Elementary in Lehigh Acres the importance of water quality by conducting pH and turbidity tests on three samples of water. On April 7, the WoW moved on to Oak Hammock Middle School in Tice through April 17.
