City transitions to CityView system
The city of Sanibel recently announced that it fully transitioned to the CityView Permitting and Licensing software system, which replaces the previous EnerGov Permitting system for all services.
The move to CityView is part of the city’s ongoing efforts to improve customer service and streamline the permitting and licensing process. The new system offers an efficient, user-friendly experience, making it easier for residents, contractors and business owners to submit applications, track progress, and manage their permits and licenses online.
The CityView portal can be accessed at https://cityview2.iharriscomputer.com/SanibelPortal or by visiting mysanibel.com and clicking on the Permitting & Licensing button.
Through the portal, users can apply for permits and licenses, upload required documentation, monitor application status, and communicate directly with city staff.
The transition was made to enhance operational efficiency, improve system reliability and provide a more seamless experience for customers interacting with the city’s permitting and licensing services.
