Kingfisher announces monthly top producers
Kingfisher Real Estate announced its top producing agents for the months of September, October and November.
Valerie Tutor was the top listing agent for September. A native Floridian, she grew up on a cattle ranch with her family in rural South Florida, as well as on Sanibel-Captiva. Tutor moved to the islands full-time in 2009. She was awarded the 2021 Realtor Community Service Award by the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Association of Realtors.
Kelsey Wider was the top selling agent for September. A Realtor and community association manager, she serves the islands and Southwest Florida area. Originally from Maryland, Wider moved to Sanibel in 2020. With a background in management and operations, she brings a client-focused approach, attention to detail and practical guidance.
Brooke Brownyard was the top listing agent for October. An island resident with a solid background in sales, she has been in the real estate sector on Sanibel for 29 years. Brownyard is driven by the challenges of the market and maintains an unwavering commitment to delivering results. She is known for her honesty and reliability.
Mary Bondurant and John Bondurant were the top selling team for October. A 28-year island resident and Realtor, she is known for her professionalism, integrity and knowledge of Sanibel and Captiva’s market. She holds a background in hospitality and leadership, including 10 years in the U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard. In 2025, she was recognized among the 12 Outstanding Women of Southwest Florida and the “Inspired” top women in real estate. Hailing from Minnesota, he embraced Sanibel as his hometown at age 6. He attended The Sanibel School, Bishop Verot High School and Florida Gulf Coast University. Raised in a real estate family, he has been a licensed Florida agent since 2009. He is known for his collaborative nature, personality and customer service.
Mary Bondurant was the top listing agent for November.
Liz Podolsky was the top selling agent for November. Originally from New Jersey, she has a corporate background with senior positions in information technology, cyber security, e-commerce, digital marketing and project management. Podolsky holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in network and communications management from West Virginia University.
