SIGC to hold monthly meeting
The Shell Islands Garden Club will meet on Nov. 11 at 10 a.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. The guest speaker will be Julie Stein, with the Caloosahatchee Bromeliad Society. She will present a program on the ABCs of bromeliads. Stein will offer tips, including the best fertilizer and potting mix to use and cleaning up and separating pups from the parent plant.
