Island Seniors at the Sanibel Recreation Center, at 3380 Sanibel-Captiva Road, Sanibel, will present the following:

HOT DOG LUNCH

Hot dog lunch on Feb. 23 from 11 a.m. to noon. Cost is $3; chips and drink included.

KAYAKING

Kayaking will be held on March 1 from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Basic skill level required. Cost is $5 for members and $20 for non-members. Sign up in-person at the center. Restrictions apply; call for details.

SPRING TRAINING

Minnesota Twins versus Boston Red Sox on March 28 at 1 p.m. at CenturyLink Sports Complex, at 14100 6 Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers. Cost is $30 for members and $35 for non-members; transportation and parking fee not included. Prepay by March 22. To sign up, call Dave or Jessica at the center.

Other activities: Coffee Social on Monday through Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Social Bridge on Monday and Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Mahjongg on Thursday from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. and Euchre on Friday 1 p.m. Games are $3 for members and $5 for non-members; prizes awarded.
