New council members, mayor and vice mayor installed

On March 16, three new Sanibel City Council members were seated. Councilmembers Dr. Scott Crater, John Henshaw and Mike Miller joined two sitting members, Vice Mayor Holly Smith and Councilmember Richard Johnson. Also at the meeting, the council selected Smith to serve as the new mayor and Johnson to serve as the new vice mayor. A full story on the meeting is forthcoming.
