Sanibel Public Library 2026 – 2027 Author Series Lineup
For almost twenty years, the Sanibel Public Library, in partnership with the Sanibel Public Library Foundation, has connected local readers to award-winning authors by hosting world famous writers for an intimate evening, followed by a champagne reception and book signing. The 2026-2027 Author Series lineup will feature five exceptional authors.
The Library Foundation supports programs such as the annual Summer Reading Program, Author Series, technology initiatives, and more. Leveraging public tax dollar investment, the Foundation helps the Sanibel Public Library provide dynamic and engaging initiatives to enhance your Library experience.
Those attending must have a current Sanibel Public Library card and receive a ticket through the lottery process. Ticket request registration for the ticket lottery will be open during the listed times below.
Ariel Lawhon will speak Monday, Dec. 7, 2026. The ticket lottery registration opens Friday, Nov. 6, at 9 a.m. through Friday, Nov. 13, at 5 p.m.
Robert Dugoni will speak Tuesday, Jan. 12, 2027. The ticket lottery registration opens Friday, Dec. 11, at 9 a.m. and runs through Friday, Dec. 18, at 5 p.m.
Anna Quindlen will speak Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2027. The ticket lottery registration opens Friday, Jan.8, 2027, at 9 a.m. through Friday, Jan. 15, 2027, at 5 p.m.
Allison Pataki will speak Tuesday, Mary 9, 2027. The ticket lottery registration opens Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2027, at 9 a.m. through Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2027, at 5 p.m.
Chanel Cleeton will speak Monday, April 5, 2027. The ticket lottery registration opens Friday, March 5, 2027, at 9 a.m. through Friday, March 12, 2027, at 5 p.m.
