Join virtual author discussion with Asha Frost
In a fast-paced world that often leaves us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected, true healing does not come from looking outward — it begins within. Join the virtual author talk with Indigenous Medicine Woman Asha Frost as she explores her groundbreaking book, “You Are the Medicine: 13 Indigenous Teachings to Connect to Your Inner Wisdom, Reclaim Your Power, and Heal.”
Frost is a member of the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation. She is from the Crane Clan, the totem of leadership, and believes in holding space from vision and heart. As an energy healer, homeopath, and mentor, she has guided thousands of people through profound and lasting transformation.
A lupus diagnosis sent her on a path of studying and practicing a multitude of energy medicine modalities with many guides. She has blended this life experience with her innate gifts and the wisdom of her ancestors. She loves sharing her medicine in powerful ways through ceremonies, teachings, and speaking events. Through this work, she loves seeing people reclaim their roots, find their healing wisdom, and rise into their power.
The virtual meeting will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3.
On Wednesday, Oct. 28, Crafternoon will be held from 3 to 4 p.m. Open to ages 3 and older, participants will make a work of art. A variety of craft supplies will be available, along with examples and guidance.
