Join CROW’s volunteer team
Volunteers are the heart of every rescue, every recovery, and every release for the Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (CROW).
The wildlife hospital and education nonprofit is holding volunteer orientations from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4 and Friday, Dec. 4.
Volunteers assist with a wide range of tasks such as wildlife rescues, transporting injured animals, answering phones as a first responder, cleaning rehabilitation enclosures, feeding patients in a baby room, doing laundry, and even helping with animal releases. They also contribute to the gift shop, educational programs, general maintenance, and special events. Volunteers must be 18 or older.
Orientation is mandatory for all volunteers and includes an overview of CROW, volunteer roles, and a tour of the Wildlife Hospital. CROW is located at 3883 Sanibel Captiva Rd.
