Sanibel Community Church provides a look into Luminary

Luminary night at Sanibel Community Church is no ordinary spectacle. The campus is awash in lights, with praise and worship, and special music resounding throughout the entire evening.
A few of the highlights include sing-along caroling with our adult choir accompanied by Ruth Keel, Praise Team worship with Pastor Brad Livermon, our LOGOS children singing, a petting zoo, a craft tent for all children to enjoy, and wonderful cookies and other special treats that are hard to beat.
You won’t want to miss our very own men’s quartet, “The Beacons.” We are privileged this year to also feature Jamie and Bill Flack, Sarah Hiedrick and Valerie Wright in duets or solos. Throughout the evening, Hannah Czoski, our new director of Traditional Worship, will play heartwarming carols on the piano.
And don’t miss “A Walk Through Bethlehem,” where the Sanctuary is converted into a living theatrical experience with tours of the shops and visits with the shopkeepers who might have been living in Bethlehem at the time of Jesus’ birth.
The celebration begins at 6 p.m. Whether you pull up a chair for a few moments to enjoy the continuous music ministry throughout the evening, wander the campus enjoying great food and fellowship, or experience the Bethlehem story reenacted, you will not want to miss this stop at Sanibel Community Church (next to Jerry’s Market), at 1740 Periwinkle Way.
