Texas Hold-em Tournament returns
The Third Annual Texas Hold-em Tournament, sponsored by American Business Women Association of Sanibel/Captiva (ABWA), will be held this Saturday, Jan. 17 at the Sanibel Community House, located at 2173 Periwinkle Way.
The entry fee, which includes food and two drinks, is $100 per person. Registration begins at 4:30 p.m. and play begins at 5 p.m.
In the event that a player is not present when play begin, their seat will be sold to the next available person, and money will not be refunded.
To substitute a player, the paying player must contact Lisa Newmeyer-Cochrane prior to the tournament. In the event that a player is not present or has not made a substitute, there will be no refunds. Donations are very much appreciated from those that cannot attend.
The first place prize is valued at $1,000; second place is valued at $750; third place is valued at $500. There is an 80 player maximum for this tournament and Black Jack tables will also be available.

Checks should be made payable to ABWA and sent to P.O. Box 1037, Sanibel, FL 33957. Proceeds will benefit ABWA Education Fund.
