‘Ding’ cartoon of the month

REFUGE/DDWS
The new year 1931 banished the Great Depression from the landscape, at the hands of Jay Norwood “Ding” Darling, the Pulitzer-winning editorial contest whose local conservation efforts gave the J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge its name. We hope 2024, likewise, brings a hopeful outlook and good fortune as the calendar turns. Happy New Year to all! The “Ding” Darling Wildlife Society-Friends of the Refuge owns the copyright of the “Ding” Darling cartoons.
