Presbrey for hospital board

The Nov. 6 ballot will include candidates for Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors.
I strongly recommend candidate Tom Presbrey M.D. for Lee Memorial Health System Board of Directors, District 2. Dr. Presbrey is uniquely qualified for this position having worked in the LMHS hospitals for more that 25 years and having been involved in many initiatives to promote quality and safety for all patients. Dr. Presbrey has chaired the Physician Leadership Council for the past seven years and the Trauma Quality Review Committee since its inception, he is a vital part of the Cape Coral Medical Executive Committee, serving for more that 10 years and also is the President of the Cape Coral Hospital Medical Staff.
Dr. Presbrey is ready to face the major challenge facing the LMHS of maintaining financial viability while continuing to provide high quality healthcare to every patient in Lee County.
I have known Tom and his wife Laurie for several years. Tom does not know a stranger, he has a warm friendly personality and his passion shows when talking about his long career serving LMHS. He possesses a unique combination of medical knowledge, business, administrative and financial experience that would help build a well balanced board of directors and provide the Lee Memorial Health System strong leadership needed.
