Community Housing & Resources, Inc., is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing for families and individuals who work in and/or serve the community of Sanibel. Today, CHR administers housing for 145 island residents in 11 rental complexes plus 14 limited equity ownership homes throughout Sanibel, thus facilitating a local workforce for island businesses and ensuring economic diversity in our community.
