Fixing this mess we created

To the editor,

I don’t understand why more people don’t speak out on behalf of what is going on. We can’t keep polluting our planet and not expect their to be consequences for it. The Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change warns that if we don’t take strong action to address global warming soon, 20 to 30 percent of the world’s plant and animal species will be at increased risk of extinction by 2050.

So why is it so hard to get more people involved in fixing this mess we created?

I employ you to please do something now to stop this destruction of our planet’s resources before it is too late. I am writing this in the hope more people will get involved to help out in this matter. You can write your senator or congressman and tell them that we voted them in office and we can vote them out unless they start

to get more involved in this matter.
