In Memory: Lisa Hart
It’s with deep sadness and regret that we announce the passing of our Beachview Cottages Resort Manager, Lisa Hart. Lisa was a valuable member of our Rochester Resorts family for over 7 years. During her time with us, she progressed from Front Desk Agent to Resort Manager in December 2013. Lisa was highly recognized for her raw talents in customer service and guest satisfaction.
She was nominated an unprecedented seven consecutive years (2008-2014) for the Lee County Elaine McLaughlin E-Awards for outstanding customer service and in 2013, Lisa won the highest honor possible, the Honor of Distinction.
Lisa will be missed not only for her dedication to her work and her sincere talent in the field but also for her joyful personality and ability to light up the room.
She was more than just a member of the Rochester Resorts family; she was a friend who loved beyond circumstances or judgments and gave of herself before anything else. An avid dog lover, and the first one to make a joke, Lisa was a ray of sunshine who will be sorely missed. However, we find comfort knowing that she’s lighting up heaven with her contagious laughter and is smiling down on all of us. Lisa Hart was truly one of a kind and will hold a special place in the heart of Rochester Resorts forever.
A Memorial Service was held at Beachview Cottages Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014.
