Cape Chorale to hold 2nd Annual Golf Extravaganza
Cape Chorale’s 2nd Annual Charity Golf Extravaganza is ready to score big for local charities Saturday, Oct. 29. The event will be held at River Hall Country Club and help raise funds for Cape Chorale and Lee Memorial Children’s Speech Therapy Program.
Participants also can donate non-perishable food items to Harry Chapin Food Bank.
The four-person scramble will kick off with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. and participants have the chance to win a two-year lease sponsored by Scanlon Automotive Group by sinking a hole in one along with many other fun raffles and prizes.
“We are thrilled with the results from our first year and can’t wait to do it again this year. We are looking forward to a great time and raising a lot of money,” said John Pennington, event chairman.
