Cape man accused of possessing child porn
A 70-year-old Cape Coral man is facing charges this week for child pornography.
On Tuesday, Paul Jack Medley, of 736 Sesame Court, walked into the Lee County Jail and turned himself in on a felony warrant, according to a report from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
He was taken into custody and booked on one count each of obscene material possess promote present depict child sex conduct and obscene communication compile enter computer porno minor.
As of Friday, Medley has been released from jail on $20,000 bond.
Details regarding the allegations were not available in the report from the LCSO.
Medley and a family member declined to comment on the charges Friday.
Medley has a court appearance scheduled for July 28.
