Utilities Expansion Man-ager Paul Clinghan. P.E., will be the guest speaker when the Southwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Asso-ciation meets Tuesday, May 27, in the Oasis Charter Elementary School cafeteria. The meeting is set to start at 7 p.m.
