The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools recognizes 70 ‘Teachers of Distinction’
In addition to the top 30 finalists in the Golden Apple Teacher Recognition Program annouinced by The Foundation for Lee County Public Schools Wednesdsay, teachers who” rank very highly in the selection process and round out the top 100 recognized applicants” are given the honorable title of Teachers of Distinction.
These esteemed educators will be invited to attend the Golden Apple Banquet and the Golden Apple Social where they will be honored for the quality and dedication they each bring to the classroom, ofganizers said, also on Wednesday.
