Substitute teachers orientation Aug. 19
The Lee County Association of Professional Substitute Teachers & Lee County Public Schools will host its Annual Substitute Orientation Event at 8 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 19, at Island Coast High School, 2125 DeNavarra Parkway, Cape Coral
The orientation will provide valuable information for the county’s substitute teachers. The Lee County Association of Professional Substitute Teachers and the district are working together to conduct the orientation event. Substitutes will hear from district staff, School Board members and the superintendent of schools.
There will be various workshops offered for those in attendance, including PeopleSoft, SmartBoards and more.
All Lee County Public Schools substitute teachers are encouraged to attend.
