Smalltooth sawfish caught

Matthew Williams, 11, of Clarkesville, Georgia, accidentally hooked an 11-foot smalltooth sawfish on Aug. 2 at about 12:30 a.m. behind the Sanibel Moorings on East Gulf Drive. His family reported that the endangered fish was safety released after Matthew caught it in about 7 feet of water approximately 300 feet off of the beach.
