Wessel named COTI Citizen of the Year

Barbara Joy Cooley, current president of Sanibel’s Committee of the Islands, announced at the organization’s March 28 annual meeting in the Sanibel Community House that Rae Ann Wessel, director of Natural Resource Policy at the Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation, was the 2014 COTI Citizen of the Year.
