The king and queen of Mardi Gras
Sanibel Island’s Community Housing and Resources hosted their second annual Mardi Gras celebration on March 1 at The Dunes Golf & Tennis Club. Guests in costume enjoyed a full Cajun dinner, live music, dancing, a costume contest, and the opportunity to bid on a silent auction and 50/50 raffle.
Pictured below, the king and queen of Mardi Gras were chosen from a raffle. This year’s royal court was King Craig Holston and Queen Louise Fitzgerald.
