High school special program applications due by Feb. 14

1 min read

Parents who wish to enroll their child in a specialized high school program must submit their application to the school hosting the program of interest before Feb. 14.

District high schools offer students a variety of specialized academic and career opportunities designed to enhance the overall learning experience. Examples of specialized programs requiring an application made directly to the school are: International Baccalaureate, Center for the Arts, and Cambridge-AICE programs.

Remember, applications to these programs are made directly to the school offering the program. In addition to submitting an application to a special program, families must submit an application for a zone school assignment in case entrance criteria for the specialized program is not met. Zone school applications are accepted at all three of the district’s Student Assignment offices.
