Shared Use Path construction is entering the final stages on Bailey Road and Dixie Beach Boulevard. Workers with C.W. Roberts Contracting attend to issues at the edge of a stretch of the new pavement along Dixie Beach Tuesday afternoon. The city of Sanibel launched its capital improvement project to widen, repave and construct several new paths in July. Motorists and cyclists are urged to use caution in areas where crews and traffic cones remain. The project is expected to be completed soon.
