The Royal Shell Companies and the Prawnbroker group will team up once again at Tahitian Gardens, located at 1975 Periwinkle Way, for the “Love That Dress! 3” collection party on Sanibel. Mark your calendars for Thursday, Aug. 11 and start setting aside your gently used dresses to bring to the party.

PACE center for girls www.pacecenter.org/lee‘>www.pacecenter.org/lee is an incredibly successful program that works with at risk girls to help them reach their full potential. Last year Sanibel’s collection party gathered close to 400 dresses and collected over $2,400, which became part of the truly successful event that garnered more than $70,000 for this worthwhile program.

Dresses should be gently used or brand new and be appropriate for women to wear. They can range from sun dresses to formals. In fact, there is a separate “Love That Wedding Dress!” event this year. Start gathering your gently used dresses. Someone else will “Love That Dress.”

Come and have some fun and win some goodies. The dresses are then professionally cleaned, sorted and sold at the official “Love That Dress” event the end of August at Embassy Suites in Estero.

Ladies from all over Lee County attend the official “Love That Dress! 3” event in Estero on Wednesday, Aug. 31 from 6 to 9 p.m., where all the dresses are sold for $10 to $20 each. Tickets for the “LTD!3” go on sale on Monday, Aug. 1 online at www.lovethatdress.org‘>www.lovethatdress.org. Cost is $25 for general admission seats.
