City accepting applications for Historical Preservation Committee

The Sanibel City Council is currently accepting applications for the Historical Preservation Committee. Applicants must have “Special knowledge, skills or interest in historic preservation.” Historical Village & Museum duties are required.

The Historical Preservation Committee meets on the first Thursday of the month at 9 a.m. at City Hall, located at 800 Dunlop Road. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, Nov. 10.

Any resident wishing to apply must fill out a City Council Advisory Committee Application form available in person at City Hall, call 472-4135 or go to the city’s website — www.mysanibel.com — to download an application.
