Last summer the Shell Museum launched its first summer camp program. Based on attendance, feedback from the local community and inquiries from island lodgings, the Shell Museum has decided to host a summer camp program again this year. “I’m very excited about establishing the Museum as a summer learning center and developing new programming based on the needs of the local community and seasonal guests,” said Diane Orvis-Thomas, the Museum’s new Public Programs Specialist. Anyone interested in additional information or registering their children, call Orvis-Thomas at 395-2233.
