John R. Wood Properties announced its top producers for the month of July
LeAne Taylor Suarez had the top pending sales. She acquired her Florida real estate license in 1992, working directly with the Real Estate Division of the South Seas Island Resort on Captiva. A full-time, full-service broker and Realtor, Suarez is an expert in the luxury market and resort real estate on the islands and in Southwest Florida.
The Starr Team, with Elise and Tom Starr, had the top closed sales. Both certified negotiation experts, she has over 35 years of real estate experience in residential, commercial, industrial sales and construction. He has experience in sales, marketing and real estate investing, and he has also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant designation.
Danielle Meady was the top listing agent. With over 15 years real estate experience, she graduated from the REALTOR Institute and received the GRI designation.
Jake Arden and Susan Yarab received the productivity award. A resident of Southwest Florida for 10 years, Arden received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida Gulf Coast University and he is a licensed Realtor. As a previous retail executive in Fortune 500 companies, Yarab consistently received the President’s Club Award for top customer experience ratings and highest sales and profitability.
