Select Vacation Properties welcomes new office manager

Christopher Reublin became Select Vacation Properties new office manager in April. The company, which is owned by Reublin’s mother, was established in 2006. His mother asked if he would take over the office once she retired; he happily agreed.
“Having the ability to take over this and help my family at the same time, seemed like a good decision to switch careers,” Reublin said.
He was worn many hats career-wise throughout the years. Before doing real estate, Reublin played in a rock band called Black Fish in the 80s and 90s, after touring and making a few music videos, he moved on to working in construction.
“That’s basically the evolution of how I wound up here,” he said.
Reublin has over 20 years experience in the housing and real estate industry in Southwest Florida. Recently, he became a state certified real estate appraiser with Maxwell Hendry & Simmons which is based in Fort Myers.
He got his first taste of the real estate world after buying and fixing up houses. Reublin said he has always enjoyed working with his hands.
Since he arrived at the office, Reublin has been focused on branding and marketing the company. He also has plans of trying to educate the public on their off-season rental program.
