White plans book tour kick off at Sanibel Doc Ford’s
Sanibel author Randy Wayne White is releasing his new book “Haunted” on Aug. 19, with early book signings planned at the Sanibel Doc Ford’s Aug. 17-18.
“Haunted” is described as an action-packed thriller in the Hannah Smith series that debuted in 2012 with “Gone.” The book is published by G.P. Putnam’s Sons.
White is a prolific New York Times best-seller of the Doc Ford series, dozens of books, essays and stories largely based in southwest Florida. He has also produced documentaries and has been named a Florida Literary Legend by the Florida Heritage Society.
Mr. White will be at the Sanibel Doc Ford’s Rum Bar & Grille, 975 Rabbit Road, Aug. 17 from noon-2 p.m. and 4-6 p.m. He returns Aug. 18 from noon-2 p.m. He has also scheduled for a meet the author event at the Sanibel Island Bookshop on Aug. 21. Details are at randywaynewhite.com.
