Chamber hosts ribbon cutting for ‘Simply’
The Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting on May 7 to welcome its newest member, Simply, an elegant, designer-ladies clothing store located in Periwinkle Place.
The owner of Simply, Lee Ann Adams, and her team provided very impressive hospitality with a wide range of drinks and appetizers inside the store for chamber business members and some lucky shoppers.
Adams is no stranger to Sanibel; she has been working on the island in the women’s clothing arena for more than 20 years, initially running the original Chico’s store and subsequently the Fresh Produce store.
The store features an impressive range of designer clothing including Luna Luz, Baggalini, Caite, Slimstation bottoms, Simply silk, Inizio, Styles Ever After, Zen Knits, and their most popular line, Simply! They also carry a beautiful collection of jewelry, scarves, evening bags, and beach bags. Many of the clothing lines and jewelry are Sanibel and Captiva exclusive to Simply.
“We are delighted to welcome Simply to the Chamber of Commerce and look forward to their continued success here on Sanibel,” said Ric Base, president of the Chamber of Commerce.
