Celebrating 65 years of service
Nave Plumbing has been providing plumbing services and
sometimes more to Sanibel and Captiva for the past 65 years.
It started with a visit to Sanibel Island by founders Goldie and
Allen Nave when islanders learned Allen was a plumber.
“(The past 65 years) have been more than we expected,”
said Goldie, who recalled some of the challenges of getting
supplies from the mail boat and when there was no phone service

Roger Tabor. “Trust is still a big factor between the company
and our clients, even though much has changed in the past 65

With more than 400 years of plumbing experience between
its 12 staff members, including family and ownership, Nave
Plumbing continues to provide a full-service plumbing company.
Customers will find a knowledgeable salesperson behind
the counter of the Nave store located at 2244 Periwinkle Way,
and skilled plumbers at their front door.
“We don’t quit until the job is done,” said Roger. “And we
know everyone will give their best from the beginning to the
end of a job.”
Goldie and Allen Nave feel they have been blessed throughout
these past 65 years. “It’s what we do; it’s been our life. We
