Wells joins Royal Shell Real Estate
Local Realtor Craig Wells has recently joined the team at Royal Shell Real Estate in Fort Myers. He is pleased to become a member of such a knowledgeable group of realtors so he can use his experience to help those looking to sell or purchase property navigate throughthe real estate system.
Wells started his real estate career in 2005 and earned his Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) designation. His experience covers all aspects of residential real estate including golf course communities, gated communities, waterfront properties, as well as low-rise and high-rise condominiums. He also offers his experience to clients in selling and listing Short Sale and Foreclosure properties.
In addition, Wells was recognized and awarded with the Gulfshore Life Magazine “Five Star Real Estate Award” in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. This is an award that only seven percent of the areas real estate agents qualify for, and he is honored to be among those recognized.
Additionally, he has also been recognized by the American Real Estate University as a “Foreclosure REO Specialist” (Real Estate Owned). This designation requires an intensive course of study and examination to complete, and less than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this recognition.
Prior to his career in real estate, Wells had worked with UPS for 28 years, and retired early in 2000. His career at UPS allowed him to work in a variety of management positions throughout the company in such areas as Operations, Engineering, Human Recourses, Regulatory Compliance, and more. After relocating to Florida in 2004, he started his career in Real Estate so he could utilize his experience in working with people and outside agenciesto help others in buying or selling their homes.
“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed vacationing in the Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Island areas, and once I retired, Florida was a perfect place to call home,” said Wells. “Since starting this career in real estate, it has been very satisfying to see the look on people’s faces when they are able to achieve their real estate goals, whether they are the buyers or sellers.”
