Sanibel Air donates two air conditioning systems
Sanibel Air Conditioning continues its commitment of supporting members in its own community by auctioning off two brand new air conditioning systems to raise money for two local organizations. The auctioned air conditioning systems raised more than $7,000.
The first donation made to The Ronald McDonald House of Southwest Florida which is part of The Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida on the Lee Memorial Health System’s HealthPark campus in South Fort Myers. The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children undergoing medical treatment.
The second donation was to the Bright Beginnings Early School which is part of the Cypress Lake United Methodist Church in Fort Myers, and the money raised will help fund the school’s educational programs. Sanibel Air’s managing partner Todd Hayes’ children attend the school, and he and his wife Jennifer have actively supported them for several years.
“We are happy with the outcome of the auctions and to have the opportunity to make this contribution,” said Bryan Hayes. “We always look forward to being able to lend a hand to such valuable organizations in our community.”
