VIP Realty Group names top June producers for Sanibel office
On Monday, VIP Realty Group, Inc. of Sanibel announced the top sales producers for the month of June.
Mike McMurray & Trevor Nette have been recognized as the Top Sales Team The McMurray & Nette Team is a partnership of trust and commitment that each and every team member brings to their clients so that their real estate experience is as special as it can be. They are dedicated to every person who comes in contact with them and they make it a point to offer the highest service.
Since they merged their business’ together in 2007, forming the McMurray and Nette Team, Mike and Trevor have been the Top Agent’s Companywide and Top Agent’s for VIP Realty’s Sanibel and Captiva Office’s in 2007, 2008, and 2009.
Marlene Donaldson has been recognized as the Top Sales Agent for VIP Realty Group for June. Marlene is a lifetime member of the VIP Realty Group President’s Club. She has been a full-time Realtor® with VIP since 1992, and an island resident since 1990.
Marlene specializes in boutique-style real estate, taking care of her clients at every step along the way. She is a member of the Sanibel-Captiva Islands and the Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Associations of Realtors, the Real Estate Investment Society of Southwest Florida, NAR and FAR. Marlene serves on the Advisory Board of the Children’s Hospital and supports many island activities and organizations.

The Karen Bell Team was recognized as the Top Listing Team for VIP Realty Group of Sanibel for the month of June. For many years, Karen has consistently been the “Top Producer” for both Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Her team consists of John Bates, Sherrill Sims and Holly Peeples. Debbie Ringdahl was recognized as June Top Listing producer. She has over 21 years of experience with two of southwest Florida’s largest firms. In the top 5% of all real estate sales persons in Fort Myers with a 99.3% SOLD ratio. Her lifetime sales exceeding $90 million.
Ringdahl has been a Top Producer in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006 specializing in luxury homes, condos, and new home lot in waterfront and golfing communities both on Sanibel and in Fort Myers. Her expertise is extensive as well as her achievements. She has been a 12-year member of the VIP President’s Club.
The Robin Humphrey & Associates team is comprised of Robin Humphrey, Martha Smith and Jeanne Risher. The team has over 35 years of local real estate experience between them.
